Fantastic Ladies! After our first chat, Sarah and Hannah visited my property to understand the requirements and guage the size of the job (which was in essence trying to transform a 5 year old unloved propoerty into the showhome it once was to attract families for resale!). After the first visit, they sent through moodboards and discussed their ideas, target markets and desired sale value (as well as sending through their very reasonable prices). Once we agreed, they worked around my timelines, showing flexibility throughout the process. When they arrived on the day on installation, they worked from sunrise to sundown meticulously perfecting each and every room to their very high standards! By the end of the day, they had completely trasnformed the house into a family showhome! I have since been asked for their details by Estate agents and housebuilders alike. Professional, Flexible and Really Friendly from the start to finish! Would definitely recommend them for any home staging event.

Our house had been rented out for two years since we emigrated, and was looking a little tired. Having looked at and been impressed with many staged houses here in Auckland, where staging is much more common than in the UK, we engaged Staged Spaces to refresh and stage it, which included organising a decorator and gardener, and supplying furniture and artwork. Sarah was super prompt at replying to emails, and was very friendly and helpful. She also liaised with our outgoing tenant and the estate agent, both of whom told me how lovely she was. The quote was clearly set out and the price reasonable. We spent about £3.5k all told, but accepted an offer of about £30k over the estate agents’ initial pre-staging estimates, so it was money very well spent. I consider that staging is definitely worth doing, and it made a huge difference to our house. I had full confidence in Sarah, who kept us informed at every stage, but took care of everything so that we had no worries about the project. I would have no hesitation in recommending Staged Spaces. They did a fantastic job.
We wanted an empty property staging for selling and contacted Staged Spaces. They were prompt in responding and listened carefully to my requirements and proposed an amazing scheme for the property. They managed to get everything in place within a week and staged everything within a day. Sarah and Hannah are very passionate about what they do, hence they go out of their way to ensure you get everything you require. I would heartily recommend them to anybody who requires a property staging.
I heard of Staged Spaces through a ladies networking site on Facebook. I sent a message to Sarah and she was prompt in getting in touch with me. I have recently moved house and was in a dilemma with a room that is a combination of a home office and toy storage space. Sarah visited me to discuss the project and to measure the room, she understood exactly what I wanted (even though I wasn’t really sure what I wanted!) She then emailed me a series of mood boards and various ideas of how to utilise items I already had and wanted to keep, which helped me greatly in shrinking it down to what I actually wanted in the room and it’s final style. The final part of the service was an email with a link to all of the items I needed to complete the look, this was fantastic and saved me lots of wasted hours on Pintrest! Sarah’s ideas of what the room could look like has been so helpful I might be asking her back for more help! Would definitely recommend Staged Spaces if you’re in need of help with visualising what your space could be like. I cannot wait to get started on my transformation!
Well, what can I say?? These ladies are amazing. We are a small company and we like to work with other small companies so we decided to give Staged Spaces the task of staging one of our new build kitchen spaces. They did a fantastic job from start to finish. They are friendly, professional and really know their stuff. They kept me in the loop throughout, sending me mood boards and furniture to sign off and on the actual staging day they turned up, created a masterpiece and left! My partner and I wanted to put our house on the market very quickly to obtain a quick sale but we didn’t know where to even start with the work inside and outside the house. Following a very prompt response from Sarah she provided us with a guide that was invaluable to us throughout the weekend and meant we were ready for our photographer on Monday. He even commented saying that he thought our house looked fantastic and that we were sure to get a very quick sale! Very impressed and would recommend to anyone looking to sell their home!

I would not hesitate to recommend Staged Spaces if you are looking to restyle a room in your home and need inspiration. I had lots of ideas for redecorating my lounge but was struggling to tie together new carpets with sofas and curtains etc. Staged spaces were able to take my ideas and preferences and put together a suggested layout and help me to find furniture to work in the space and to go with the colour palette. By virtually staging the room it allowed me to visualise the end result before committing to buying new furnishings. Hannah and Sarah are really personable and friendly and had lots of ideas and literally provided a shopping list for furnishings and accessories!
