Holland Park: A Style & Stage Project

Founded in 2018, Style and Stage proudly provides exceptional Home Staging services in
Central London. Boasting a beautiful collection of luxury hand-curated furniture and décor,
we aim to transform your property into a space that potential buyers can imagine calling
home.

Staging properties for sale is not only wonderfully fun but also extremely satisfying. We love
to see how it benefits everyone involved; The property owner benefits as they will maximise
profit, the estate agent benefits as the properties move much quicker and we benefit from
seeing the results of our design, which shows the full potential of the property and helps
increase our portfolio.

With our Director of Design, Marie, living, working and traveling throughout Asia and Europe,
huge inspiration is taken from these experiences. Marie’s Swedish background means that
Scandi and Japandi interiors are where she feels her personal style most aligns however, we
are able to offer a range of styles to our clients, depending on what the property calls for.

Our Holland Park project was a luxury, newly renovated flat with an abundance of natural
light, new flooring, and ample garden space. It accommodated four bedrooms, four
bathrooms, and a large open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area.

Style and Stage wanted to draw attention to the unique features of the property and
emphasise the generous amount of space, using more classic-style furniture pieces that could
appeal to almost every taste whilst keeping it chic and stylish with carefully curated décor, art
and soft furnishings. Whilst this staging is luxurious and contemporary, we also ensured it felt
warm and welcoming. We think our attention to detail separates us from competitors, no
detail is left undone; from robes in the bathrooms to fresh foliage in every room, we believe
it’s the little things that make all the difference.
