Home Staging Forum Online 2020 – Speakers Announced!

The Home Staging Association UK & Ireland are raring to get the 2020 Home Staging Forum on the road. The event will take place between 15th-16th October and, for the first time, will be totally online! HSA UK & Ireland have secured an array of sensational speakers to cover a broad range of staging subjects. Cindy Lin penned an entrepreneurial success-story with her business, Staged4More, through a mix of hard graft, industry savviness, and natural staging talent. Home Stagers would call her success both envy-inducing and genuinely inspirational. At the age of 25, out of her parents’ garage, Cindy started Staged4More – and over the next ten years grew the startup to a six-figure business behemoth. Now Cindy’s business lies at an international intersection; students from across the globe line up to benefit from Staged4More’s award-winning programmes of study. Of her work ethic and success, Cindy said: “As a home stager working in the San Francisco Bay Area, I’ve found that even though home staging is popular here and most home sellers and agents know the concept of home staging, many still don’t fully understand how home staging works and how to leverage this amazing home selling tool properly. “I’ve also noticed through forums for home stagers and emails from blog readers that there is a significant gap between graduating from home staging training schools to actually build a successful home staging business. “This is why the new STAGED4MORE is born. I know that both homeowners and home stagers are hungry for resources and education. This is why I created The Home Staging Show podcast, to have dialogs about home staging with top experts in their fields to share their expertise on how to stage the house to sell quicker and for more money.” Cindy will be hosting a talk on online marketing at the Home Staging Forum 2020. She seeks to expose lesser-known tips and tricks by which Home Staging professionals can garner more clients and, hopefully, achieve a wider scope of success. Suzanne Knight is currently engaged in the John Lewis & Partners Business Team where she works to satisfy a broad range of customers’ needs in the property sector. She seeks to use her broad background – which ranges from interior design to high art – to fine-tune strategic solutions for her customers. At the 2020 Home Staging Forum Suzanne will outline the utility of some of the year’s most influential trends upon potential buyers. Debbie Boggs is the co-owner of BY Design Home Staging, a multimillion-dollar home staging company based in the U.S. She and her business partner Julie Young established a training programme – just for their own staff, mind you – that was so beneficial they decided to broaden their student body internationally. The result: Staging Studio, a RESA and IAHSP accredited training provider. Debbie and Julie also co-wrote ‘Marketing for the Staging + Design Industry’ – an Amazon #1 bestseller. The duo have a philanthropic view of the staging industry; they aim to keep their tuition low, and donate 10% of their course fees to scholarships for Staging Studio students and nonprofits that benefit women and children. Debbie will brandish her creative flair in her talk, covering colour confidence with expertise.
