As property developers ourselves we have seen the impact dressing a home has on the price you achieve and the time in which it takes to sell a property. However, sometimes the cost of this service can be prohibitive in an industry where margins are constantly being squeezed. This is why we launched Beau Property Staging. We want to offer a quality service at a price point and payment schedule that will work for developers and also individuals who are struggling to sell their homes.
Beau Property staged the show home at our new build development in Kent and they were quite simply exceptional. We gave them a small brief of what style we were after and they completed the staging exactly to how we envisioned it to be. Our show home is splendid in every way and most certainly does carry a charm throughout which people have fallen in love with. Thank you again for all your hard work!
Beau Property helped us with a home staging at a new build retirement development in the
Cotswolds. We now have a stunning show home that is sophisticated yet cosy and ideal for
our target market. Thank you to the team who listened to our requirements and completely
exceeded the brief.
Helped us sell – We had a new build house on the market for a while which was struggling to
sell. Beau Property were then instructed to do staging on the property which completely
transformed it and was the key difference to the property selling, they are by far the best I
have come across in the industry.
It was on for 4 months earlier in the year, 2 1/2 months when tenants were in and then
empty. The marketing had photos of when the apartment was empty and it looked soulless
to say the least! The staging absolutely transformed it!
The apartment went live with Savills on 24/8 and we had viewings daily in the first couple of
weeks, including a lady who wanted to offer but hadn’t sold her property yet. My buyers
viewed on 21/9 and put in an offer on 28/9, with instructions confirmed on 4/10. I also

sold. I had previously tried to sell it earlier in the year and also, briefly, in 2019 without
