At Coastal Home Styling we provide a flexible range of professional property services, according to client’s needs, budgets & requirements. We offer both Home Staging and property styling and furnishing services.
From initial consultations and advice to full Staging and dressing options we assist vendors with getting their property market ready to increase buyer potential, saleability and profitability.
Our property furnishing & styling services enable property owners to transform their spaces quickly and effectively for rentals and holiday lets. We produce stylish, well planned spaces which are visually appealing and in turn command a higher price and generate regular bookings.
We also offer additional Ad hoc services to help property owners visualise the potential in their homes & make their spaces work for them, from concept mood boards, itemised shopping lists for furniture & accessories to scale floor plans and 3D room visuals.

I’d been struggling for ages with how to make a bland, dated house presentable for selling when I came across the Coastal Home Styling website. Emma staged a house for the owner which we had been instructed to sell. It was a good size family home in Charminster, and as with all family homes we suffer with clutter and general space-saving ideas. When you put a property on the market you also want it to stand out against the competition and attract attention from as many buyers as possible. Emma introduced some really simple ideas to optimize the space and some clever colour changes to attract attention. As soon as the house was live it had 22 viewings over 3 days and and open house event on the Saturday, eventually selling in excessive of the asking price to one very happy family. It makes such a difference to show a property where everyone viewing could imagine themselves living there. We have been agents in Bournemouth now for a long time and seen many standards of properties, and i cannot stress enough how important it is to stage a property for viewings. Unmade beds, cluttered playrooms, and poor kerb appeal can ultimately affect the sale value of your home, and really are easy problems to solve with some imagination and easy ideas. Emma was brought in to stage the penthouse in a top end block with views over golf course and harbour. We were very impressed (and daunted!) by the level of detail her report had gone into but we worked our way through it and it completely transformed our house. As a result of the changes we made we received several offers way over the asking price and feel the improvements we undertook as a result of her visits and reports were hugely influential in this.
