Well Little Barn Door has pretty much blown me away!! In the first week of my property going back on the market we got a final offer 40 thousand pounds over asking price! After 15 viewings and NOT ONE OFFER. In the first week of relaunch there was a bidding war on the property!! We were completely amazed. So of course I highly recommend using this service!! Our home had been let to a tenant for 2 years and was looking tired and uninspiring. Natalie and the team swooped in, deep cleaned and completely transformed our home in 48 hours. We engaged Natalie and the ladies of LBD and they staged our 2 bed heritage apartment to a wonderful standard. I recently moved into a new house with white walls and a blank canvas, so needed a little help with ideas. Having used Natalie in our last house, I knew she would really be bale to help. My brief was modern, Industrial style with some scattered personal items showing hobbies and interests, but a little on the funky side. I had never even heard of house staging before meeting Natalie and her team, let alone considered that it may be a solution to selling my flat in Fareham. We had unsuccessfully marketed our property for nearly 10 months throughout most of 2020, with few viewings and 1 or 2 offers, which were way below the asking price. I like to think that I have quite a good eye when it comes to decorating and have loads of ideas, but I just needed Natalie’s help to refine my ideas and for her to give me a little nudge out of my comfort zone. We really enjoyed our first experience of using a home styling service. I was struggling with the redesign of my living room and was fortunate to hear about Natalie at Little Barn Door. She visited my house and spent an hour with me to understand how we use the room and what I did and didn’t like style and colour wise. Little Barn Door have supported us throughout the marketing of our property. Initial staging looked fantastic and really brought the property to life. We were offered within 2 days which unfortunately fell through at exchange just after removal of the staging. They then utilised the fabulous photos of the staging in a Visual Gallery – an enlarged A2 photo of each room placed on an easel just inside each doorway so the viewer initially saw the room furnished on the photo and then saw the space in which it was utilised. A terrific concept which is extremely effective. They also produced a full colour brochure for viewers to take away. We have received several offers since installation. We can highly recommend LBD – a friendly, professional service.

She visited my house and spent an hour with me to understand how we use the room and what I did and didn’t like style and colour wise. From this she put together a mood board and a comprehensive list of suggested products from wallpaper, colour of paint, furniture and accessories with links to the items on the various retailers’ websites. Little Barn Door have supported us throughout the marketing of our property. Initial staging looked fantastic and really brought the property to life. We were offered within 2 days which unfortunately fell through at exchange just after removal of the staging. They then utilised the fabulous photos of the staging in a Visual Gallery – an enlarged A2 photo of each room placed on an easel just inside each doorway so the viewer initially saw the room furnished on the photo and then saw the space in which it was utilised. A terrific concept which is extremely effective. They also produced a full colour brochure for viewers to take away. We have received several offers since installation. We can highly recommend LBD – a friendly, professional service.

We used Little Barn Door to help stage our house in Winchester prior to the sale. Little Barn Door delivered exactly what we hoped and and transformed the look of the house that was previously rented. They started with a completely empty house and the focus was on how to make use of the space, in particular to showcase the master bedroom the small third bedroom that could be ideal as a child’s room.
