Coaching and Mentoring for Success

Our coaching and mentoring packages are structured around helping you develop three aspects of yourself and your business – mindset for success, operational and financial strategies. We offer three specialists to support your journey of learning as your business grows: Elaine Penhaul, founder and director of Lemon and Lime Interiors and Zest Business Coaching. Elaine is a qualified business coach who has worked across sporting and business environments for over 30 years. She has supported, developed and challenged senior leaders in businesses as diverse as police forces through to the Royal Yachting Association. She has led a major culture change through introducing coaching in the biggest non-metropolitan police force in the UK over the last 10 years and ‘happened’ to get into home staging through her own property investment along the way. Elaine offers her expertise to coach, support and challenge entrepreneurs in home staging through our silver and gold packages.  Kirsty Fisher, project manager of Lemon and Lime Interiors. Kirsty has been with L&L since 2015 and has been a key factor in the development and success of the business. Kirsty offers her operational expertise through all three of our packages to answer all those questions about how to set up a home staging business from a practical perspective.   Maria Peggs, strategic business consultant to Lemon and Lime Interiors. Maria has worked alongside L&L since 2016 supporting and challenging the financial and staffing growth of the business. She has helped Elaine and the team put sound financial targets in place, understanding the most profitable markets for the business and carrying out data analysis on everything from regional house values vs square footage, to time on the market post-staging, to cost of staging per property. Her intervention has enabled L&L to grow turnover, year on year, by more than 60%. From £800 + VAT per month including 2 hours business coaching, 2 hours mentoring, one half day strategic planning and remote support. Minimum 3 month commitment.   GOLD

• Leadership Profiling and feedback

• Strategic Business Planning with Maria

From £1350 + VAT per month including PRISM profiling report and 1-2-1 feedback session 4 hours business coaching, 2 hours mentoring, one half day strategic planning and remote support Minimum 3 month commitment.   BESPOKE OPTIONS We can offer bespoke options by adjusting the amount of time with each specialist within these packages. Travel time to venues is charged at an additional cost, however, we can run all coaching and mentoring sessions from our offices in the beautiful Derbyshire countryside!
