Project of the Month: Koko Home Staging

Koko Home Staging recently styled two ground floor flats that were converted from the bar area of a former pub in Balham in south west London.  We had previously staged a few apartments on the upper floors of the building when they were converted a few years back.

The developer got back in touch with us and asked for our help styling the conversion of the ground floor which was the former bar and kitchen area into two flats.  They were both a good size and were beautifully converted by our client but had limited visual appeal when empty.

As property stylists we know everything looks better staged but some properties need it more than others and these two were at the top of that list in our opinion. We got to work and with a bit of intelligent staging they came to life and the transformation was phenomenal with the ugly ducklings turning into two beautiful swans!

To make things even better they both sold at the open weekend, one for the asking price and one above the asking price – a perfect result for everyone.
