Style My Home Tunbridge Wells is an independent interior design company founded in 2004 by interior design specialist, Caroline Pickering. Caroline completed a BA Honours degree in Furniture/Interiors and has 25 years’ experience as a professional interior designer. We work on projects ranging from large period homes to commercial premises, and our work has been featured on the BBC and Channel 4’s Grand Designs.
Based in The Pantiles, Tunbridge Wells, Caroline works on interior design projects throughout Kent and East Sussex including Tonbridge, Sevenoaks, Maidstone, East Grinstead and Brighton.

​Staging of a substantial five-bedroom property built by a local developer in a very sought after area in a lovely village in East Sussex.
The house had been on the market previously and not sold. We staged the property and they had an offer in the first week of remarketing.
This was a contemporary new build in a private park in central Tunbridge Wells. The design offered split level living, almost all of the back of the house was glass construction on the ground floor creating a spacious open planned living area. It was a difficult house to visualize unfurnished as there were several living rooms which needed to be defined.
Style My Home discussed with the estate agents the target market and styled the living rooms under their guidance.
After staging, the developer decided to move into the house herself!
This property was a beautiful pub conversion in a village in East Sussex that had been on the market previously unfurnished. It was finished to a very high standard but was a listed building with some quirky features which may have been off-putting to some prospective buyers.
They staged it with a relaxed†holiday home†feel as it would have been a perfect second home although it had great space for a family to live in.
The property sold within 4 months of staging.
